Each site is customized to the Broker's needs and the site provides proprietary, customizable tools to assist the Broker's agents. This creates a valuable recruiting and retention tool while making your agents more efficient and profitable.
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY BULLETIN:
Sponsoring a Community Bulletin creates another opportunity to generate business by positioning the Broker as the firm in the community for people to do business with when it is time buy or sell. Each Bulletin provides information that is important to people that live in that community. Brokers share in the advertising revenue generated on their Community Bulletin.
HOW IT WORKS:
Real Estate Brokers that want a custom Agent Resource Site pay a one time set up fee of $500.00 and monthly usage fee of $100.00. Brokers that want a Community Bulletin pay a one time set up fee of $500.00 and monthly usage fee of $100.00. Discounts are available for multiple Community Bulletins. Brokers that pay usage fees in full for 6 months receive a 6% discount and in full annually receive a 12% discount on usage fees. 40% of the monthly usage fee paid by our participating Brokers for their custom Agent Resource Site and/or Community Bulletin is paid to the charity of their choice. Advertising revenue generated from a Broker’s Community Bulletin is divided in the following manner:
- The Broker receives 30%
- The Charity selected by the Broker receives 40%
- GiveProfit.com retains a 30% service fee

All real estate professionals benefit from improvements in the communities where they market and sell homes, and they can feel good knowing that they are being good corporate citizens, helping out deserving charitable organizations. We recommend that Brokers select a charity that has achieved the following: A Four Star rating from CharityNavigator.org, at least 80% of the charity's budget goes to program activities and they have a written policy stating they will not re-sell their donor information.
