GiveProfit.com helps charities increase donations without fundraising expenses. Real Estate Brokers and the companies that provide products and services to brokers through GiveProfit.com benefit charities through donations each time they transact business, through advertising revenue on Community Bulletins and through monthly usage fees paid by Brokers. At the same time, the participating brokers and businesses increase sales and profits and achieve better results. The process is easy and efficient.

HOW IT WORKS:
Real Estate Brokers agree to use a secure Agent Resource Intranet provided by GiveProfit.com. The intranet includes a portal to our participating businesses that provide products and services for real estate professionals. The Business Partners rebate a fee to GiveProfit.com each time their product or service is purchased by an agent of one of our participating brokers, 40% of fees generated from rebates goes to charity. In addition, 40% of revenue generated from Brokers that pay a monthly usage fee for their Agent Resource Site and/or Commnity Bulletins also goes to charity. All donations are made in the names of our participating Brokers, creating good-will and a tax write-off incentive for participating Brokers.

ABOUT THE AGENT RESOURCE INTRANET:
The GiveProfit.com Agent Resource intranet consolidates services and products valuable to real estate professionals on one customizable site. In addition to the products offered by our Business Partners, the site provides proprietary, customizable tools to assist real estate agents. GiveProfit.com will quickly become the real estated professional's website of choice for business generation, and their participation will generate increasing donations for well run charities.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY BULLETIN:
Sponsoring a Community Bulletin creates another opportunity for Brokers to generate business by positioning the Broker as the firm in the community for people to do business with when it is time to buy or sell. Each Bulletin provides information that is important to people that live in that community. Brokers and their selected Charity share in the advertising revenue generated on their Community Bulletin.

We encourage our Brokers to select a benefiting charity that has achieved the following: A Four Star rating from CharityNavigator.org, at least 80% of their budgets goes to program activities and they have a written policy stating they will not re-sell their donor information. This allows our partners to give in confidence. GiveProfit.com also allows participating business partners, real estate brokers, and their agents to easily donate directly to any charity.
